HOMESCHOOL APPLICATION FOR SPORTS PARTICIPATION

In order to participate in sports at Rapid City Christian School each homeschool student must fill out the Application for Participation Form and the Student Application Form and schedule an interview with the Athletic Director. They must also fill out all of the Sports Forms under the Athletic Forms tab. Please include with these forms, a copy of the Application for Public School Exemption Certificate SDCL 13-27-3, a copy of the student’s most recent semester report card/grades, and the sports fee payable to Rapid City Christian.
