In those 40 years, he blessed people with stories, advice, and a mild amount of sarcasm. He inspires me with his resilience and persistent attitude (or stubbornness). Despite falling and breaking his neck at age 95, he never gave up. He was always positive and strong when we visited him. He always loved his wife and cherished his family. I can only dream of being as faithful and rooted as my great-grandpa Hill.
