The school works closely with its constituent families to prepare Christian youth both for effective lives and for eternity.
The Faculty RCCS faculty members hold a variety of academic credentials and represent a variety of denominational traditions. Each is dedicated to the purposeful integration of biblical truth, scholastic excellence, and personal virtue that forms the basis of Christian education.

Average faculty tenure with RCCS is ten years.
